In her career, she has served as the Chief of Staff and Senior Director of Legal Operations at Flex, the second largest manufacturing company in the world and spent the better part of her career providing value-added services to Legal Departments. Her areas of expertise include Information Technology, System Implementations, Process Analysis and Improvements, Finance, Communications and Administration. Stephanie also founded and is a former executive member of the leading legal operations trade organization CLOC, Corporate Legal Operations Consortium.
Stephanie is a co-founder of UpLevel Ops, a consulting firm specializing in providing services for in-house legal departments and law firms. UpLevel Ops provides a complete range of Legal Operations support, including IT solutions, Finance and Budget guidance, Talent Management and Development, Benchmarking, Best Practices and Metrics, and Outside Counsel Selection and Management. Adrienne Schaal is Director of Legal Operations at Cloud Software Group, which was formed by the merger of Citrix and TIBCO Software. Prior to joining TIBCO in 2018, she held several roles at General Electric, and discovered the wonderful world of legal operations while on a rotation in GE’s Digital Technology Leadership Program. Her scrappy, DIY mindset extends outside of work, where you’ll find her tackling renovation projects she has no business attempting. She also enjoys traveling and spending time with her two dogs.
Ronak is responsible for all legal matters at Pantheon, the leading WebOps platform for digital marketing teams. His humble beginnings are of a failed programmer who realized his true passion is problem solving. This led him to Accenture in a number of roles across finance, risk management and legal with many Fortune 100 brands. A decade later, he left the structure of a public company for a feisty pseudo-start-up making waves in digital CMS at Sitecore. Following a blockbuster exit at €1 billion, he was tapped by TaskUs, a digital-first outsourcing company, to build a legal function from scratch. He supported TaskUs’ board as corporate secretary and 18,000 people globally while managing to close a $500 million transaction with Blackstone before joining Pantheon.
Ronak's current obsessions are mid distance running, various forms of yoga, and learning to love golf. Sometimes you do your best thinking when upside down!!!
Ewa Hugh is an experienced Legal Operations professional with a proven history of improving processes via contract management implementation and workflows for in-house counsel teams, empowering them to be a force multiplier. She has held Contract Management positions to streamline legal operations processes at Extreme Networks, Adobe Systems, Palo Alto Networks, and Business Wire, a Berkshire Hathaway company. She currently works at SurveyMonkey where she started their Legal Operations team in 2017.
Ewa has been fortunate to be able to work in both Europe and Asia, which subsequently created her love for travel. Outside of work, Ewa loves to check another far flung destination off her travel bucket list!
