  • Continually drive revenue through outbound prospecting and following up on marketing-sourced leads generated from our industry events, account-based marketing, demand generation programs, etc
  • Provide valuable insights to help drive the growth of Malbek’s Market Development team.
  • Own outbound lead generation and relationship development for a core segment of Malbek’s business
  • Collaborate extensively with Account Executives and Product Marketing to strategize, craft messaging, and execution of account plans.
  • Facilitate strategic discovery meetings with qualified buyers and evaluators of CLM applications.
  • Perform comprehensive account and contact research to prioritize outreach and craft tailored messages that resonate with target personas
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of Malbek’s products and key personas to engage in meaningful conversations that convert into new business opportunities.
  • Leverage and maximize the use of our sales technology stack: HubSpot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, 6sense, Vidyard,, and others to drive repeatable results.
  • Guide interested prospects throughout the entire enterprise lifecycle
  • Manage all discovery calls to completion, including call tracking and rescheduling.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with all areas of the business including sales, product management, content, and demand generation to ensure a world-class first impression for organizations that are new to Malbek
  • Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly reports of sales results to BDR Mgr.
  • Previous SaaS Sales Development experience primarily focusing on enterprise sales
  • Demonstrated success in competitive sales environments, utilizing email outreach, cold calling and social media sales strategies sales track record in a competitive environment
  • Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) applications is highly desired.
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
