What is a Solutions Analyst to Malbek? An integral part of our company and mission-critical to our success! We are looking for a talented, energetic, and passionate individual who wants to grow themselves, help grow those around them, and our company. As a Solutions Analyst, you will support Senior Solution Consultants as they serve as lead SC on sales opportunities.
Nuts and bolts of the role:
- Stay current on Malbek functionality and future roadmap innovations
- Assist with completion of RFP’s/RFI’s/RFQ’s
- Configure the demo environment to support key use cases
- Sandbox trial setup and support
- Marketing support as required

In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:
- A technical understanding of enterprise software with the aptitude to learn new technologies quickly
- Strong drive to achieve results with minimal supervision
- Concise communication and presentation skills to include technical and business concepts
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- The ability to work with a geographically dispersed team
- Has 3+ years of SAAS solution experience
- An ability to thrive under pressure
