Director of Demand Generation

Malbek is hiring a Director of Demand Generation to join its dynamic and expanding Marketing team. In this role you will:

  • Develop and execute campaign strategies and roadmaps that achieve pipeline goals
  • Set targets, manage program budgets, measure and report on pipeline targets and continually optimize campaigns to increase ROI
  • Launch campaigns leveraging content, email, web, paid search, advertising, social media, vendors, and channel partners
  • Work cross-functionally with product marketing, content producers, designers, and sales leaders on demand gen strategy and campaign development
  • Drive close alignment with sales on targets, campaigns, email nurture and follow-up strategies, and lead management processes
  • Mentor other members of the demand gen team
  • Build a deep understanding of the target prospect and their needs; apply thoughtful data-driven, segmentation approaches to effectively reach them

We are looking for someone who has:

  • 7+ years of lead or demand generation experience
  • A track record of hitting aggressive pipeline targets and generating revenue
  • Experience at B2B SaaS companies with a focus on mid-market and enterprise sales
  • Exceptional skills for interpreting data and research to drive decision-making
  • Familiarity with HubSpot marketing automation and CRM
