Business Analyst

Job Summary

The Malbek Business Analyst is responsible for leading the successful implementation of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions within the Malbek CLM Software as a Service (SaaS) environment. This role requires a deep understanding of CLM processes, along with expertise in Salesforce administration. The individual will play a crucial role in designing, configuring, and optimizing CLM solutions to meet the customer organization’s contract management needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership
    • Lead end-to-end CLM implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, and other project members, to drive project success.
  • CLM Solution Design and Configuration
    • Analyze business requirements and design CLM solutions tailored to meet the organization’s contract management needs.
    • Configure and customize the SaaS CLM platform, with a primary focus on API and integration, to align with business processes and objectives.
  • Salesforce Administration
    • Utilize strong Salesforce admin skills to manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, as it relates to the integration requirements.
    • Implement, configure, and customize Salesforce features to enhance CLM capabilities.
    • Ensure data integrity and security within the Salesforce environment.
    • Knowledge of Permission sets, Apex classes, and Visualforce pages desirable.
  • Integration Management
    • Integrate CLM solutions with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and consistency.
    • Collaborate with IT teams to manage and troubleshoot integrations.
  • User Training and Support
    • Develop and conduct training programs for end-users to maximize the adoption and utilization of CLM solutions.
    • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for users, addressing issues and optimizing user experience.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in CLM and Salesforce.
    • Recommend and implement continuous improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of CLM processes.


  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, English proficient.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users.
  • 5+ years’ experience in software implementation or technical support role.
  • Highly proficient in MS Word; advanced Word skills highly desired.
  • Must be willing to work later hours, overlapping with U.S. team members and customers.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Information Technology) or equivalent working experience.
  • Proven experience leading CLM implementations, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce administration and configuration.
  • Experience in integrating SaaS applications with CRM, ERP, and other systems critical to supporting the overall Contract Management landscape.
  • Experience in utilizing APIs for integration and data exchange.
  • In-depth understanding of Contract Lifecycle Management processes and best practices.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive consensus.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Certified Administrator) are highly desirable.
