Hie Jung has been involved in using, implementing, and advising companies on enterprise software for her entire career. Beginning as a supply chain analyst for a CPG company in Chicago, she began working with clients in the enterprise software arena beginning with ERP and supply chain management and optimization and ultimately contract lifecycle management. She has worked with Pharma, Med Tech, CPG, Industrial, Automotive and High Tech companies to improve their processes and implement new solutions. Her first experience with CLM software was in 2005, and she is so excited to see the growth of CLM capabilities. As a member of the Malbek team, she supports customers during the sales cycle by providing solution demonstrations specifically tailored to each customer’s needs while showing the business value that the Malbek solution provides.
Hie Jung lives in Baltimore, MD with her husband and two sons. She enjoys live music, theater, and museums, but also spends an inordinate amount of time on the sidelines watching her sons compete, as well as rooting for her favorite MLB teams. As a soon to be empty nester, she is looking forward to visiting her sons and the University of Maryland and at her alma mater, Northwestern, this fall. Go Big 10!

Lizzy Painter is a results-driven marketing professional with nearly 14 years of experience, specializing in CLM for 7 years. With a passion for improving the buyer journey and launching innovative products to meet growing demands, Lizzy currently serves as the Senior Director of Growth at Malbek. In this role, she leads the team responsible for demand generation, product marketing, corporate branding, and communications.
Prior to joining Malbek, Lizzy held various leadership positions at Motility, a specialty dealer management software (DMS) provider, and Conga, a global CLM solution and ISV in the Salesforce ecosystem. Outside of work, Lizzy can be found on the shores of New Smyrna Beach, FL or exploring the great outdoors.
