Gary Zuder has been a trusted sales consultant to his clients for more than 20 years, earning multiple sales awards and honors in some of the most well-known companies in technology and Human Capital Management. Gary holds an MBA from Franklin University and a BS in Marketing from The Ohio State University. He lives in Columbus, Ohio with his wife and two active daughters, enjoying ballet performances and soccer games. After playing trumpet in college as part of the Ohio State University Marching Band, Gary has since picked up guitar and bass. Mahesh is a visionary and a true leader having a unique combination of skills. After a brief retirement, Anneliese decided to join Malbek for two reasons. She had worked with the founding team before and knew what they were capable of, but, above all, the strength of the product made her a believer and proud to be part of the team. In her free time Anneliese enjoys needlework, outdoor sports, going to concerts, and cultivating her growing butterfly garden. She also loves spending time with her grandchildren and can’t wait to share her enthusiasm for Disney with them!
Hemanth Puttaswamy is a technology entrepreneur. As CEO and co-founder at Malbek, his vision is to redefine the quote-to-cash solution aimed for the age of AI. Hemanth is a hands-on leader with a passion for building a great team with an amazing culture that zealously works to make every customer successful. Prior to Malbek, Hemanth was the CTO and SVP of Products and Development at Revitas (acquired by ModelN), Saba (acquired by Vector Capital), and VP Of Technology at Coremetrics (acquired by IBM). He holds multiple patents in the area of AI and Big Data Analytics. Hemanth has an MBA from San Jose State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Mysore University, India.

Matt Patel is considered an all-rounder who can pick up any role and excel at it. Matt enjoys a variety of hobbies outside of work. In the winter he enjoys skiing with family and friends, and in the summer, he enjoys water gardening in his backyard. Madhu is a technology visionary and an expert in applying technology with pragmatic mindset to solve business problems in the cloud. Allison Martyn is a Business Analyst who specializes in configuring the software to best meet the needs of the client. Previously, she was a CLM customer for many years in different industries, including aviation and industrial gas. As a former customer, she brings a unique perspective on the business and how real-world enterprises use CLMs to bring structure, consistency, and legal oversight to their contracts. Allison holds a Communications degree from the University of Maryland and is a certified PMP. She lives in Dallas, Texas with her husband and cat, and spends too much time playing video games. When she can tear herself away from a screen, she is an avid reader, crafter, and traveler.
Brian’s passion is helping people. Among his goals every day is to make someone else’s day better. He is excited to let his optimism shine through his Client Success Manager role with Malbek. Over his career Brian has had the pleasure of working with a number of organizations in a variety of positions, including account manager, solutions manager, product owner, program manager, and global engagement manager. All of this experience has helped him hone his ability to see how everything fits together, which is key in helping to resolve any issues that may come up.

Kevin Brening has been a SaaS enthusiast for the past 18 years, and believes the business problems of the world can often be solved with a smartly designed cloud-based solution, and some great people to support it! With a specific passion for mid-market businesses, he has helped hundreds of organizations navigate through multi-month SaaS vendor evaluations in order to find the right fit for their business goals. His philosophy professionally is focusing on people first, bringing value to individuals, teams, and projects, both internally and externally, while always looking to remove roadblocks in order to progress a situation forward. In his career as a sales leader, Kevin has often been the liaison between sales and legal. In that role he experienced firsthand the pain and frustration from contract management gone bad. When he came across Malbek’s innovative, disruptive approach to CLM usability, combined with rave reviews from customers, he knew there was something special going on, and decided to join the team as Director of Sales. Kevin currently lives in Northern California, with his wife and two young sons. Anne Moore has been helping customers automate their processes and solve complex business issues for over 20 years. She is a trusted advisor to her customers and values the relationships built with each one. Anne has a passion for taking complex concepts and presenting them in a clear, concise, and compelling way. With a background in implementation, training, and pre-sales solution consulting, Anne leads the sales support efforts at Malbek as a Senior Solution Consultant. She supports customers during the sales cycle by providing solution demonstrations specifically tailored to each customer’s needs while showing the business value that the Malbek solution provides.
Anne lives in Atlanta, GA with her husband and two sons. As a family they enjoy snow skiing each winter and spending time on the lake in the summer. Over the years Anne and her husband have renovated multiple homes and are always looking for their next project. A Louisiana native, Anne is graduate of Louisiana State University and is an avid Tiger fan.
Jake Barrett is a Business Analyst who is focused on using Malbek to meet clients’ specific needs and business processes from their onboarding process to going live to post-live support. Previously, Jake has worked in a variety of industries and roles, including as an engineer/DJ at a radio station, managing distribution of arcade machines, and taking a high school student-run program he created to the Indiana Department of Education to help them adopt it state-wide. Located in Indianapolis, Indiana, Jake spends the majority of his time pampering his cat and hiking/travelling with his girlfriend. When not outside, he enjoys listening to '90s hip-hop, watching stand-up comedy, cooking for his girlfriend, and playing videogames.
Rich joins Malbek after more than a dozen years as a finance executive for multiple tech companies, spanning from SaaS startups to global leaders. He has spent the last few years helping scale two VC-backed companies to 100-200% revenue growth. Before that, he spent seven years at Amazon, providing strategic financial vision and tactical support for some of the company’s largest and most disruptive initiatives. Rich has an MBA from New York University and a Bachelor of Science from the US Naval Academy.
Brad is an Account Executive for Malbek, and he has been a successful software sales executive for over 20 years. His SaaS journey has taken him from the transportation industry to unified communications, to learning & development and now to contract lifecycle management. While his business focus has been varied, one practice that has remained consistent is his focus on the customer. Brad likes to put himself “in their shoes” and truly empathize with their situation and needs. He has found that this has helped him to become an active listener, and enables him to assist any customer with business-changing solutions that will take their organization to the next level. Brad has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from California State University- Chico. Currently, he is living his dream in St. Augustine, Florida with his wife and family close by. When he’s not slingin’ SaaS, Brad can be found on his boat with either a fishing rod in hand or relaxing with a cold beverage enjoying the sun and his family. Becky Evans finds joy in making other people’s lives better, and she has always been fascinated by how our brains process information. This led her into a career in higher ed administration and, ultimately, instructional design. As Malbek's Documentation Writer, Becky strives to present information in efficient ways that help you make connections to the bigger picture. She believes the small details of good design will save you from many headaches. With her administrative background, she also brings a focus on process and improvement.
In her personal life, Becky enjoys experimental vegetarian cooking, chaos gardening, collaborative gaming, and all things arts and culture. She is passionate about social justice and sustainability. When she actually leaves the house, you can find her on easy forest hikes or wandering the Oregon coast.
With over 15 years of experience helping companies choose the right SaaS technology, Lee is happiest when he is helping companies solve complex business problems. And as an Account Executive for Malbek, he is continuing to do that. Originally from London, UK, he moved to California in 2010. He now lives in the Bay Area in South California with his wife and son. When he is not helping clients, he spends time with his wife and son, browsing farmers markets, and devoting himself to a healthy and active lifestyle.
Emily is an operations analyst at Malbek. Previously, she worked as an analyst for a venture capital firm that focused on investing in early-stage, B2B software companies. That love of helping start-ups fueled her decision to join the Malbek team! Outside of work, Emily spends the majority of her time getting outside in any capacity, including hiking, biking, and kayaking. Previously, Emily was a D1 college athlete, so when she is not sitting at her computer, she is very likely being active and/or spinning along to a Peloton workout.
Avi is a Junior Business Analyst at Malbek. As a recent graduate of W.P. Carey School of Business - Arizona with a MS in Business Analytics and a bachelor's in Computer Science, he is passionate about data and everything around it. He focuses in using his strong analytical mindset to execute Malbek's client requirements and business processes. Hailing from Arizona and now living in New Jersey, Avi makes the most out of eastern summers and spends majority of his time hiking or playing soccer. Virginia (Ginny) has over 30 years of experience working in every facet of the software lifecycle. Her career began with programming and analysis for businesses across multiple market spaces. She has also been responsible for design, installation, training, and support of software customizations. Ginny has been a leader of teams responsible for implementing ERP systems in multiple industries and in more recent years a Project Manager for end-to-end implementation of Public Safety systems.
As Sr. Business Analyst, Ginny works closely with clients to build contract systems that work best for their situation. She also draws on her Project Management background to keep the projects on track and completed efficiently. Ginny’s favorite things to do are a unique combination of reading and watching sports, especially ice hockey. She also keeps 2 beautiful horses that are mother and daughter.

Leslie Broadbent is a Human Resources Manager for Malbek. She is focused on culture, benefits, recruiting and all things Human Resources. Leslie is passionate about helping people. Her belief that positive work environments stem from superior communication has driven her love of Human Resource management. She has over 20 years of experience in managing HR for several types of organization- including those in the technology and manufacturing industries, as well as for and non-profits. Outside of the workday, her love of animals is what inspires her. Depending on the time of year, you can often find her spending time with her family including her chocolate lab, beekeeping, producing maple syrup, working in her gardens, helping the less fortunate, animals, boating or taking a spin on the wheeler at the family's "camp” in Northern Maine.
Kari has over 16 years of experience managing the implementation and development of ERP and custom systems, collaborating with colleagues to achieve mutual goals. Her career began in higher education administration where she became a leader and subject matter expert in developing meaningful reports, managing system projects and upgrades, redesigning business processes, and leading the implementation of new system enhancements. Teri is very passionate for her love of animals. When she is not traveling or gardening, she volunteers with multiple animal rescues in her city, as a cat foster parent. To date, she has rescued almost 100 cats and kittens. She also enjoys being rather creative, focusing on scrapbooking and making her own t shirts!
Colin S. Levy is a seasoned corporate lawyer and a legal tech speaker, writer, and evangelist. He has always seen technology as a key driver in improving how legal services are performed. Prior to Malbek, Hemanth was the CTO and SVP of Products and Development at Revitas (acquired by ModelN), Saba (acquired by Vector Capital), and VP Of Technology at Coremetrics (acquired by IBM). He holds multiple patents in the area of AI and Big Data Analytics. Hemanth has an MBA from San Jose State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Mysore University, India.
Hemanth feels that he gets his best ideas while playing music, and if not at Malbek, he would be a starving musician!
Matt Patel is considered an all-rounder who can pick up any role and excel at it. Throughout his career he has enjoyed challenging roles focused on customer satisfaction, sales, and marketing, as well as leading product teams. Matt can best be described as a peaceful warrior, building trusted relationships with internal staff, channel partners, and customers as well as creating a highly collaborative and respectful environment where positive results are inevitable. As COO and co-founder at Malbek, Matt is focused on overall operational excellence across the departments, including sales, marketing, services, and support.
Matt enjoys a variety of hobbies outside of work. In the winter he enjoys skiing with family and friends, and in the summer, he enjoys water gardening in his backyard. When you meet Matt, ask him about his Koi pond. His penchant for finding the best food in any city makes him a go-to when traveling. Matt’s top-down approach, whether he is skiing or building solutions, allows him to step back and look at the bigger picture.
Madhu is a technology visionary and an expert in applying technology with pragmatic mindset to solve business problems in the cloud. He is big on automation and drives a lot of efficiency in building teams and systems that are nimble, repeatable and scalable. He is hands-on with practical ability and experience to design, build, and run cutting-edge technology. Madhu’s forte is distributed cloud architecture, applied cryptography, and block chains.
As Malbek’s CTO and co-founder, Madhu determines how best to use technology to implement business strategy. He drives product innovation, development, quality assurance, cloud and development ops teams.
Prior to Malbek, Madhu was Head of Engineering at Revitas Inc., and Saba Software Inc., and played a key role in taking Ariba’s solutions from behind the firewall to the cloud.
When he is not working, Madhu enjoys playing badminton, travel, spending time with family and keeping fit. On weekends, he gets away to the beaches or mountains of sunny California for a walk or a hike.
Allison Martyn is a Business Analyst who specializes in configuring the software to best meet the needs of the client. Previously, she was a CLM customer for many years in different industries, including aviation and industrial gas. As a former customer, she brings a unique perspective on the business and how real-world enterprises use CLMs to bring structure, consistency, and legal oversight to their contracts. Allison holds a Communications degree from the University of Maryland and is a certified PMP. She lives in Dallas, Texas with her husband and cat, and spends too much time playing video games. When she can tear herself away from a screen, she is an avid reader, crafter, and traveler.
Brian’s passion is helping people. Among his goals every day is to make someone else’s day better. He is excited to let his optimism shine through his Client Success Manager role with Malbek. Over his career Brian has had the pleasure of working with a number of organizations in a variety of positions, including account manager, solutions manager, product owner, program manager, and global engagement manager. All of this experience has helped him hone his ability to see how everything fits together, which is key in helping to resolve any issues that may come up.
Outside of work, Brian enjoys board games, spending time with his friends and family, and the occasional escape room.
Kevin Brening has been a SaaS enthusiast for the past 18 years, and believes the business problems of the world can often be solved with a smartly designed cloud-based solution, and some great people to support it! With a specific passion for mid-market businesses, he has helped hundreds of organizations navigate through multi-month SaaS vendor evaluations in order to find the right fit for their business goals. His philosophy professionally is focusing on people first, bringing value to individuals, teams, and projects, both internally and externally, while always looking to remove roadblocks in order to progress a situation forward. In his career as a sales leader, Kevin has often been the liaison between sales and legal. In that role he experienced firsthand the pain and frustration from contract management gone bad. When he came across Malbek’s innovative, disruptive approach to CLM usability, combined with rave reviews from customers, he knew there was something special going on, and decided to join the team as Director of Sales. Kevin currently lives in Northern California, with his wife and two young sons. When he’s not being a SaaS geek, his happy place is being outdoors listening to a podcast while on a hike, mountain bike, or paddleboard.
Saritha is a seasoned engineering leader with a wide range of experience. She enjoys working with cross-functional teams to build products that solve real customer problems. She has experience building products in contract management, mobile device management, workforce management, and e-commerce industries that are serving millions of customers each day. Saritha strongly believes that products that focus on the best customer experience deliver an impactful value proposition and gain a loyal customer base.
Saritha holds a master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Madras, India. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, long road trips, and meeting friends.
Anne Moore has been helping customers automate their processes and solve complex business issues for over 20 years. She is a trusted advisor to her customers and values the relationships built with each one. Anne has a passion for taking complex concepts and presenting them in a clear, concise, and compelling way. With a background in implementation, training, and pre-sales solution consulting, Anne leads the sales support efforts at Malbek as a Senior Solution Consultant. She supports customers during the sales cycle by providing solution demonstrations specifically tailored to each customer’s needs while showing the business value that the Malbek solution provides.
Anne lives in Atlanta, GA with her husband and two sons. As a family they enjoy snow skiing each winter and spending time on the lake in the summer. Over the years Anne and her husband have renovated multiple homes and are always looking for their next project. A Louisiana native, Anne is graduate of Louisiana State University and is an avid Tiger fan.
Jake Barrett is a Business Analyst who is focused on using Malbek to meet clients’ specific needs and business processes from their onboarding process to going live to post-live support. Previously, Jake has worked in a variety of industries and roles, including as an engineer/DJ at a radio station, managing distribution of arcade machines, and taking a high school student-run program he created to the Indiana Department of Education to help them adopt it state-wide. Located in Indianapolis, Indiana, Jake spends the majority of his time pampering his cat and hiking/travelling with his girlfriend. When not outside, he enjoys listening to '90s hip-hop, watching stand-up comedy, cooking for his girlfriend, and playing videogames.
Rich joins Malbek after more than a dozen years as a finance executive for multiple tech companies, spanning from SaaS startups to global leaders. He has spent the last few years helping scale two VC-backed companies to 100-200% revenue growth. Before that, he spent seven years at Amazon, providing strategic financial vision and tactical support for some of the company’s largest and most disruptive initiatives. Rich has an MBA from New York University and a Bachelor of Science from the US Naval Academy.
Brad is an Account Executive for Malbek, and he has been a successful software sales executive for over 20 years. His SaaS journey has taken him from the transportation industry to unified communications, to learning & development and now to contract lifecycle management. While his business focus has been varied, one practice that has remained consistent is his focus on the customer. Brad likes to put himself “in their shoes” and truly empathize with their situation and needs. He has found that this has helped him to become an active listener, and enables him to assist any customer with business-changing solutions that will take their organization to the next level. Brad has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from California State University- Chico. Currently, he is living his dream in St. Augustine, Florida with his wife and family close by. When he’s not slingin’ SaaS, Brad can be found on his boat with either a fishing rod in hand or relaxing with a cold beverage enjoying the sun and his family. He is also an avid guitar player, and enjoys to “turn it up” now and then.
Becky Evans finds joy in making other people’s lives better, and she has always been fascinated by how our brains process information. This led her into a career in higher ed administration and, ultimately, instructional design. As Malbek's Documentation Writer, Becky strives to present information in efficient ways that help you make connections to the bigger picture. She believes the small details of good design will save you from many headaches. With her administrative background, she also brings a focus on process and improvement.
In her personal life, Becky enjoys experimental vegetarian cooking, chaos gardening, collaborative gaming, and all things arts and culture. She is passionate about social justice and sustainability. When she actually leaves the house, you can find her on easy forest hikes or wandering the Oregon coast.
With over 15 years of experience helping companies choose the right SaaS technology, Lee is happiest when he is helping companies solve complex business problems. And as an Account Executive for Malbek, he is continuing to do that. Originally from London, UK, he moved to California in 2010. He now lives in the Bay Area in South California with his wife and son. When he is not helping clients, he spends time with his wife and son, browsing farmers markets, and devoting himself to a healthy and active lifestyle.
Emily is an operations analyst at Malbek. Previously, she worked as an analyst for a venture capital firm that focused on investing in early-stage, B2B software companies. That love of helping start-ups fueled her decision to join the Malbek team! Outside of work, Emily spends the majority of her time getting outside in any capacity, including hiking, biking, and kayaking. Previously, Emily was a D1 college athlete, so when she is not sitting at her computer, she is very likely being active and/or spinning along to a Peloton workout.
Avi is a Junior Business Analyst at Malbek. As a recent graduate of W.P. Carey School of Business - Arizona with a MS in Business Analytics and a bachelor's in Computer Science, he is passionate about data and everything around it. He focuses in using his strong analytical mindset to execute Malbek's client requirements and business processes. Hailing from Arizona and now living in New Jersey, Avi makes the most out of eastern summers and spends majority of his time hiking or playing soccer. When not outdoors, he likes building mechanical keyboards and giving occasional rubs to his dog.
Kamlesh is an engineering leader with extensive experience in software development. He is well versed in driving projects from initial inception through various stages such as planning, architecture, development, delivery, and support.
Through his career, Kamlesh has taken a customer-centric approach when designing, developing, and delivering software solutions. He has an unique passion for combining technology with an 'empathy-first' culture. He believes a team can overcome any challenge and deliver the best products and makes sure that his whole team- not just himself- succeed and grow for the biggest impact.
Virginia (Ginny) has over 30 years of experience working in every facet of the software lifecycle. Her career began with programming and analysis for businesses across multiple market spaces. She has also been responsible for design, installation, training, and support of software customizations. Ginny has been a leader of teams responsible for implementing ERP systems in multiple industries and in more recent years a Project Manager for end-to-end implementation of Public Safety systems.
As Sr. Business Analyst, Ginny works closely with clients to build contract systems that work best for their situation. She also draws on her Project Management background to keep the projects on track and completed efficiently. Ginny’s favorite things to do are a unique combination of reading and watching sports, especially ice hockey. She also keeps 2 beautiful horses that are mother and daughter.
Travis has always strived to create raving fans wherever he goes. Whether it be internal or external customers, he has always focused on the needs of people. It’s not enough just to listen but also have enough empathy to assist in finding a solution. The desire to be the best empathetic problem solver is what drives Travis to do what he does. He fully believes that every interaction should be with a smile and a humble demeanor. Having the right attitude will always lead to positive results. During his downtime, Travis loves grilling and hanging out with his family. To him there is nothing better than being surrounded by great food and great family. When he is not expressing love through perfectly prepared and grilled Ribeye steaks, you can often catch him fishing or on the tennis courts.
Lindsay is eager to provide authentic connection for a more efficient and solutions-focused customer experience. As a proud Enneagram 2w3, and ESFJ, she aims to provide a calming, helpful, and nurturing approach to all situations. Over the course of her career, Lindsay has consistently provided a maternal and collaborative approach to all aspects of her work. Brian is an Account Executive at Malbek within the organization’s large enterprise practice team. With experience in a variety of sales and account management positions, Brian joined the Malbek team from Gartner, the global research and advisory organization, where he worked as a Business Development Manager supporting executives in addressing their most pressing people, process, and technology priorities.
With a background in SaaS technology implementation, Brian believes that the current moment in time represents a critical inflection point for corporate legal functions, and that those able to work with stakeholders across the business to automate key workflows and leverage AI and analytics will create a lasting competitive advantage for their teams and organizations. He is passionate about helping sales, procurement, IT, and legal teams navigate this journey and drive business impact through contract management.
Brian holds a B.S. in Finance from Lehigh University, and currently lives in Baltimore, MD with his wife and two daughters. Outside of work, in the rare moments when he doesn’t have his hands full with his 1 and 3-year-old girls, Brian enjoys watching NBA basketball, reading, and date nights with his wife.
Leslie Broadbent is a Human Resources Manager for Malbek. She is focused on culture, benefits, recruiting and all things Human Resources. Leslie is passionate about helping people. Her belief that positive work environments stem from superior communication has driven her love of Human Resource management. She has over 20 years of experience in managing HR for several types of organization- including those in the technology and manufacturing industries, as well as for and non-profits. Outside of the workday, her love of animals is what inspires her. Depending on the time of year, you can often find her spending time with her family including her chocolate lab, beekeeping, producing maple syrup, working in her gardens, helping the less fortunate, animals, boating or taking a spin on the wheeler at the family's "camp” in Northern Maine.
Kari has over 16 years of experience managing the implementation and development of ERP and custom systems, collaborating with colleagues to achieve mutual goals. Her career began in higher education administration where she became a leader and subject matter expert in developing meaningful reports, managing system projects and upgrades, redesigning business processes, and leading the implementation of new system enhancements. She has earned degrees in economics and management.
As a Business Analyst, Kari walks with clients throughout the implementation to ensure they have the knowledge to move forward, validating their needs, and building valuable solutions that enable them to effectively manage contracts and maximize their benefits.
Kari enjoys hiking and being outdoors as much as possible. She participates in the arts and savors traveling to new places. Kari has a vegetable garden and as a lifelong learner she experiments with new recipes, especially when company comes over.
Before joining the Malbek team, Teri worked as a Project Manager in the marketing industry. Teri has always had a sense of curiosity and looks forward to bringing that to her clients to get the most out of their CLM. She is known by her clients for her clear communication and working as a valued partner to ensure their success and guide them through the implementation process.
Teri works directly with clients to understand their needs and then configures the Malbek environment to best meet those needs. Each client brings a unique set of business process, documents, and requirements to the table, making each build a new challenge. Her goal is to ensure that your implementation runs on time and as smoothly as possible, while maintaining a personal relationship with her clients.
Teri is very passionate for her love of animals. When she is not traveling or gardening, she volunteers with multiple animal rescues in her city, as a cat foster parent. To date, she has rescued almost 100 cats and kittens. She also enjoys being rather creative, focusing on scrapbooking and making her own t shirts!
Colin S. Levy is a seasoned corporate lawyer and a legal tech speaker, writer, and evangelist. He has always seen technology as a key driver in improving how legal services are performed. Because his career has spanned industries, he witnessed myriad issues, from a systemic lack of interest in technology to the high cost of legal services barring entry to consumers. Now, his mission is to bridge the gap between the tech world and the legal world, advocating for the ways technology can be a useful tool for the lawyer’s toolbelt rather than a fear-inducing obstacle to effective legal work.

Colin is a sought-after writer and speaker. He was a key speaker at TECHxpo2019, a conference sponsored by the Ontario Bar Association, and has been featured in Above the Law. He is a graduate of Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut and Boston College Law School and currently lives in Weston, Massachusetts with his husband and two demanding cats.
As Director of Professional Services, Tara is focused on enhancing value for Malbek customers by creating new service offerings and programs to bring efficiency to the onboarding process. Tara leads a dedicated, empathetic team with a deep purpose for ensuring smooth and secure cloud integrations, driving customer collaboration, and leading successful software implementations. Tara’s commitment to customer success is supported by her diverse background that encompasses unique market segments, technical applications, and cross-functional roles, including product management, R&D, material planning, professional services, sales, and program management. Before turning her focus to leading emerging technology cloud implementations, she spent more than 10 years working at defense manufacturing companies that design Signal Intelligence (SIGINT) and AI systems (secret) for monitoring various threats. Her responsibilities concentrated on material, supply chain optimization, and so much more.
After nearly 30 years as a supplier and consumer of Telecommunications and IT Services, Lou has joined the Malbek team. He is a passionate advocate for our customers’ best interests while still forging and nurturing relationships. He strongly believes that a solid relationship is the best way to ensure our customer's goals are achieved and mutual success is obtained.
When not working, you will almost always find him in a wine cellar. He is a lover of wine and a distinguished sommelier. Traveling the world for the best (and worst) glasses of wine are a passion that he has maintained throughout his life.
