When you look at the domain expertise, here at Malbek, what we’re trying to do is innovate and ensure that we provide the right combination of process, technology, and align with the people that are using it. So it’s not just legal, but it’s also sales and procurement. And in doing so, we’re always trying to understand where is the industry going, what is the latest in technology trend. Contracts are not new. They’ve been around for decades or centuries, I would say. It’s no longer a legal issue or just a document that people sign and put away. It’s really getting a lot of focus and exposure across the enterprise.

The process of buying and evaluating CLM solutions can be a really stressful one. The individuals we work with often have to contend with the fact that contracts are famously, touched by everyone and owned by no one. So they need to coordinate large amounts of stakeholders. They need to think about consolidating processes across complex global organizations. With us, it’s all about fit. We wanna make sure that our solution is the right fit for the organization because at the end of the day, we won’t really happy successful customers. So we take a lot of time understanding the business process, what the current challenges are, and, make sure that we can solve those with our solution and then show them how we can. Showing them through our our customer conversations that we’ll set up or through sandbox trials or just by talking to the delivery team, you know, really getting them a sense of understanding who they’re gonna be working with, you know, come the project and after the project.
Implementation at Malbek is very much about a partnership with our customers. We want to understand what your goals are and focus on those goals. And we wanna do that in a way that’s very agile so that we can understand what the requirements are, act on those, give you real insights so you can touch and feel and collaborate with us throughout the process, while also being mindful of the type of customers that we have and the types of project methodologies that we have to incorporate. So get them involved quickly and understanding how the system works and then they can, you know, we go back and forth, have an iterative process and really get in into how to enable for their end users. We give the admin training and we give, training for here’s how you can help support your users as they adopt the system. So it’s, full enablement all the way through the project.

One of the major elements of Malbek360 is adoption, and it’s really helping our customers get the most value out of their contract life cycle management. So that is going to be ensuring business users are able to get in there and then get maximum value. And it’s working with the team to, really help them find those champions and really help drive, drive adoption and and ensure that everyone who is using the product is is getting that maximum value out of it.
Think of us as your dedicated concierge team, ready to assist you in any way we can. The Malbek support team genuinely cares about our customer base. We’re here to help you. You’re not just a KPI to us or just another ticket that comes through. We’re dedicated to making sure that we get your issue fully resolved. In my role as the customer trainer, I’m lucky that I get to work with folks in both one on one fashion and working with lots of customers at once. We have robust materials that you can access in a self-service fashion, but you can also get ahold of anybody at any point in time. We’re always really fast to respond, which is so important because it does show our customers that we legitimately wanna help them and we care about them. No matter where you are in your journey, someone at Malbek is here to help you. Whether it be your success team, your support team, the services team, we’re all gonna work together to make sure that you get the most out of using our software.

Innovation comes naturally. So when there is curiosity comes from that, then people want to do more. So that’s what I try to put in for every employee. Be yourself. Think of creativity. I mean, be creative, but unconstrain yourself where you push the envelope on a regular basis, where you can question why it cannot be done. But the most important thing is a purpose. What problem are you really solving, and why are you solving it? And there has to be an end goal, and the end goal does not have to be small. Always think big and always unconstrain your mind to think bigger. Aristotle said the whole is greater than the sum of its parts, and that’s definitely true on our team. And together, I see us producing a much better outcome than if we worked individually. And we are really, you know, ensuring that we’re not just talking amongst ourselves, but really talking with our customers and saying, what do you need and and what’s really gonna make the most impact in your life? And that that drives our road map. We want to be the ones that our customers talk about naturally with their friends, with their colleagues, with their family, over a glass of wine, In our mind, it’s not just about us. It’s about, you know, bringing everybody along to have the best contract management, process, and and technology is clearly a big part of that.
We’re building a community around Malbek, which is not just our customers, the partners, we have end users, but also other collaborators, industry thought leaders, folks that are ahead and thinking what’s gonna come in the next five years. In fact, I personally go to pretty much every trade show because I get to hear firsthand what people are doing, how are they innovating, what are they creating, and where is the technology leading. We’re trying to make the CLM environment better and ensure that the product that we provide aligns with what customers are expecting it to do.

Malbek is obsessed with customer success. It doesn’t end with implementation. Our customer success team is focused on ensuring that you’re constantly getting value out of the system. So we’re looking at things like quarterly reviews and metrics. How much are you using the system? Where are their patterns? Where are their opportunities? So that we’re able to work with your team to identify ways that you could take Malbek even further. It’s critical that we are making sure that you are finding value quickly within the product and that you’re optimizing all the different pieces of components that come into play as you think about your CLM journey. We will push you as far as you will let us. Meaning, you know, we want you to adopt and we want you to move at the speed of light.
