At Malbek, with more than one and half decade of experience and deep domain knowledge in Contract Lifecycle Management, he leads Malbek India by overseeing all the functions and operations.

His unconventional approach as well as unique skill to identify and tap hidden potential in people help Malbek achieve and deliver innovative solutions that address critical business challenges at lightning pace. Needless to say, with great quality and user experience achieving highest level of customer satisfaction.

He is highly quality oriented where he defines quality solution as one which complies with business and end user requirements, satisfies non-functional attributes and furnished with complete user experience; he calls it Software Fitness Engineering.

Prior to Malbek, Mahesh was key contributor and led teams building two Contract Lifecycle Management solutions at Revitas Inc.

Mahesh loves soul soothing music, yoga and meditation which are integral part of his daily routine. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and reading. He is crazy about variety of puzzles and in spare time found deeply involved with any of them, mostly speed solving Rubik’s cube.
