WOW! Can you believe Envision 2022 is this week?! PS, if you haven’t registered you still have time! Reach out to your CS rep if you’re interested in this two-day event packed with best practices, expert-led breakout sessions, first look at new Malbek innovations, and prizes for posting on social and interacting in the sessions.
I want to make sure you get the most out of Envision with the sessions that are most relevant to you. Keep reading for some of our favorite things happening during our annual user conference.
Day 1:
Keynote Speaker Bethaney Wilkinson
Did you know we created a Malbek DEI committee this year? I’m part of this committee and love all we’ve down so far regarding internal training, community participation, and diving deep into what is important to all Malbekians. With DEI top of mind, we thought it was important to include a keynote speaker who specialized in this.
Join this powerful Q&A with Bethaney Wilkinson, a coach, and champion of race-conscious leadership moderated by Becky Holloway, VP of Marketing at Malbek. The conversation will focus on building equitable organizational cultures within the legal tech space. So if you’re looking to implement change or to learn more about DEI to bring back to your organization, this is definitely a session for you.

Happy Hour – Comedian, Mark Poolos
We wouldn’t be us without ending Day 1 with something fun. Bring your day to a close with a glass of Malbec (or whatever your beverage of choice is) and laugh along with comic Mark Poolos. We don’t want to give too much away, but believe me, it’s well worth the wait after sitting through all those sessions.
Day 2
Keynote Speaker Nada Alnajafi
SURPRISE! Our second keynote speaker is Nada Alnajafi, an award-winning, in-house attorney, blogger, author, and the founder of Contract Nerds. Are you as excited as I am? The focus is on Contract Redlining Etiquette, as she explores her book and the top three tips for leveraging the power of redlines for faster and smarter contract negotiations. So come one come all because we all need a little etiquette tutorial once in a while.
Breakout Sessions
When I mentioned expert-led breakout sessions this is what I meant. For all things CLM, accelerating deal velocity, improving contract visibility, and bulk extraction, our breakout sessions are a must attend! You can hear from experts Adrienne Schaal, Head of Legal Operations at TIBCO Software, and Elise White, Sr. Contracts Manager at Articulate on how Malbek integrates with some of their most used systems to provide sales with better tools and keep them up to speed with contract activities.
Product Roadmap
To wrap up the session for Envision 2022, our VP of Product, Ben Willis, and COO Matt Patel, will help us look ahead to what’s coming next in the Malbek platform. So if you are curious and want to be in the know first, be sure to attend this session.
Closing + Awards Ceremony
Concluding Envision doesn’t have to be sad, so we’re ending with a trivia game and our annual awards ceremony! Did you forget you can rack up points by just interacting with speakers in the chat, posting on social, and just being you? Well we didn’t forget and we have prizes!
